Guarantee
 

Every product of our manufacture bearing our name and serial number is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If our examination shows a product failed under this guarantee, we will make a reasonable allowance on the purchase of a new product at current prices or other adjustment within our discretion. This guarantee is made for the exclusive benefit of the owner actually using the product. It is not assignable and no claim hereunder will be recognised unless submitted in accordance with our standard claim procedure. No other warranty or liability, express or implied, is applicable to this guarantee or to our products.
